Directions to desk
You will be serviced at the Enterprise desk. From Terminal 1, exit flight arrivals and follow signs to the Car Rental desks which are located a few minutes walk away on the same floor. From Terminal 2, exit the Terminal Building and proceed outside across the road to the Car Park in front of the Building B, where you will find the Car Rental cabin. Madrid Airport and Barcelona Airport locations, No non-deplaning customers allowed, and customers must provide evidence of flight arrival and return flight details.

Please note, when using a debit card the deposit amount will be charged from your account, associated transactions fees may apply. The maximum rental duration when using a debit card is 28 days. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted.

25 to 99 years.
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note the below important information before you make or have made a reservation:
1.For Madrid Airport and Barcelona Airport locations, No non-deplaning customers will be allowed to rent car hire vehicles, and customers must provide evidence of flight arrival and return flight details.
2.For rentals of Full size cars or higher categories at airport locations a travel proof will be requiered (itinerary, boarding card etc)
Please note important information regarding documentation:
All renters must provide a valid identity card or passport. All drivers must have held their full license for a minimum of 1 year. When renting an Elite, Premium or Luxury Car or Convertible or SUV, renters must have additional verified contact information such as employment details, telephone numbers and proof of Spanish residency. When renting these vehicles from an airport location travel documents such as boarding passes, hotels and apartments vouchers etc must be provided as well. Local customers whose documents are issued in different countries must provide additional proof of address (i.e. phone bill, gas or electricity bill) which must be less than 90 days old. If visiting Spain, renters must provide proof of accommodation, local and home country contact information such as employment details and return travel. These vehicles cannot be booked with less than 24-hour notice. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organisation.

Please note renters must always seek permission from the rental agent before any cross border travel from the rental agent.
Vehicles can be driven in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar (not in other countries) with the payment of a Cross-Border Fee. The Cross-Border Fee costs 55.50 EUR (VAT included) and must be bought at the counter. In all cases, customers must inform staff at the counter of their intention to leave Spain with the vehicle and request authorisation from Enterprise to do so.
