Your way to SIXTThe SIXT branch is conveniently located on the concourse of Stratford International Station and within close proximity of Westfield Stratford City. By carStratford has excellent links to Central London and the South East of England through the local road network, with easy access to the A11, A12, A13, M11 and M25. When arriving by car please follow the signs towards Stratford International Car Park on International Way and proceed towards the dedicated SIXTparking bays on 1st Floor, our office is situated a short walk to Stratford International Station. On returning a SIXT vehicle please park in one of our allocated SIXT bays where our checker will be available to process your return. You can easily reach us by entering on your navigation system: Stratford International Station Car Park, International Way, London, E20 1YY. If you are travelling to us with a non-SIXT vehicle please note there is a charge for entering the Car Park. With public transportationStratford International Station is served by Docklands Light Railway and South Eastern trains. The Central line, Jubilee line and, London Overground are also available from Stratford station which is only a short walk to the branch. Upon exiting Stratford Underground Station turn left into the Westfield Shopping Centre and follow signs towards Stratford International Station. Return informationOnce you have entered Stratford International Car Park please follow the signs towards the dedicated SIXT bays on 1st floor where you will be greeted by a member of SIXT staff who will be delighted to assist you. If returning outside of our operating hour please park the car in our allocated bays on the 1st floor and our Out of Hours drop box is located on the ground floor of the car park next to the car park office. Please be aware during event days at the Olympic Stadium there will be heavy traffic and diversions in and around the Stratford City area, please plan your journey prior to collecting or returning a vehicle.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION:-
This location accepts Debit Cards. Conditions of debit card use: card must be in main driver's name. MasterCard or VISA only. Debit cards must be issued by a bank. Please note, when using a debit card the deposit amount will be charged from your account, associated transactions fees may apply. The maximum rental duration when using a debit card is 28 days. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted.
ACCEPTED American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Eurocard, Japanese Credit Bureau Credit Card, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid).
A deposit amount from a minimum of GBP 300 to a maximum of GBP 650 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section.
Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended.
NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted.
Virtual payment cards are not accepted.
A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. Please be prepared to provide the PIN number of the credit card(s) presented as suppliers could require this to proceed with the rental contract.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Driver's age
28 to 75 years.
Young driver's age: 21 to 24 years. Charge 79 GBP per day. Includes 20% tax
Younger driver's age.: 25 to 27 years. Charge 18 GBP per day. Includes 20% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Third party insurance;
Special conditions apply to the terms of SIXT's third party insurance for anyone whose primary occupation is a Restricted Profession. The professions include, professional sports people, professional actors, musicians, TV personalities and/or Royalties. Please contact SIXT Customer Service for further details.
Cross border rentals and territorial restrictions:
Territorial restrictions
Commercial vehicles, categories P***, L*** and X*** and MPV (8+ seats) are permitted overseas to the island of Ireland and within the British Isles. They are not permitted to go to mainland Europe.
The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries. For a description of these restrictions on admission, the countries are divided into three zones.
Zone 1: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain and Vatican
Zone 2: Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia
Zone 3: All countries which are not in zone 1 or 2.
Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mini are only allowed to enter Zone 1 countries (except of above mentioned car groups).
Entry into any country in zone 3 is not permitted.
The transport of the vehicle by ferry is permitted in compliance with the above-mentioned entry restrictions. Damage to the vehicle during the crossing will be covered according to the protection booked in the rental contract, except damages due to external effects like heavy seas or sinking.
In case of offence against cross border and territorial restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
UK & Ireland Revovery for Ireland, Northern Ireland and the British Isles
A UK & Ireland Recovery applies for all rentals to the island of Ireland and the British Isles (mandatory).
The UK & Ireland Recovery Fee authorizes for trips to the island of Ireland and the British Isles. The Fee per rental is 36,00 GBP.
Continental Breakdown Charge:
A Continental Breakdown Charge applies for all rentals outside UK (mandatory).
A surcharge of £ 57.96 to £ 124.83 per rental applies for 1-31 day rentals (dependng on the length of your rental) and £226.54 for 31+ day rentals. No charge apples to travel to Northern Ireland.
There is also a "foreign use" charge which is 60% of the total rental cost.

Congestion Charge:
There are some cities in the UK, for example London and Durham, that charge congestion fees for driving in and through them. The renter is responsible for checking the congestion terms and is liable for the payment of such fees. For rentals commencing from a branch within a Congestion Zone, the Congestion Charge will automatically be applied to the rental agreement to cover the first day of hire. You will remain liable for the payment of congestion fees for any other additional days.
In case of non or late payment, additional fees may be incurred which the renter will be liable for. An administration fee of 40.00 GBP will apply for every transaction handled by Sixt.
The congestion charge is only boobkable at the station!
It shall not be sold at the call centre!
