Conditions of debit card use: card must be in main driver's name. MasterCard or VISA only. Debit cards must be issued by a bank. Please note, when using a debit card the deposit amount will be charged from your account, associated transactions fees may apply. The maximum rental duration when using a debit card is 28 days. Prepaid and electronic cards (Visa Electron) are not accepted.

Driver's age
21 to 69 years.
Young driver's age: 18 to 20 years. Charge 10 EUR per day. Includes 25% tax
Senior driver's age.: 70 to 80 years. Charge 10 EUR per day. Includes 25% tax
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Travelling outside Croatia must be noted and confirmed by Autowill rent a car at the point of signing the rental agreement, in any case.
It is allowed to travel to Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Hungaria, Serbia and Albania. It's not allowed to travel to any other country not listed here.
Cross border fee: €85.00 per rental.
It is customer’s responsibility to be aware of the local driving laws and local tolls or stickers required for any country they are traveling to. Car agent will not be held responsible for any of mentioned above.
Island/Ferry boat travel fee - €40.00 per rental.
Please note vehicles are not permitted to travel on ferris or to any island location without the pre-approval from Autowill rent a car.
Please note a penalty charge of €600.00 may apply, should you omit to declare you will be driving outside of Croatia.
